Article 2 – Prices
Our product prices are listed in euros excluding VAT (VAT at 20% and other applicable taxes on the day of the order), unless otherwise indicated. All orders, regardless of their origin, are payable in euros.
Article 3 – Orders
Placing an order implies acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions. Confirming your order indicates your full and complete agreement to these sales conditions, without exception or reservation. All supplied data and the recorded confirmation will serve as proof of the transaction. You acknowledge having perfect understanding of this. The order confirmation will act as a signature and acceptance of the operations conducted.
Article 4 – Payment Terms
By validating your order, you commit to paying the indicated price. Payments for your purchases are made via bank transfer to the account details that will be provided to you. Our services are payable within 30 days from the invoice date.
Article 5 – Liability
The services offered comply with current French legislation. The company VISITE À DISTANCE cannot be held liable for non-compliance with the legislation of the country where the service is recruited or delivered other than France. Furthermore, the company VISITE À DISTANCE will not be responsible for damages resulting from the actions of persons recruited by the company.
Article 6 – Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The contract language is French. These terms of sale are governed by French law. In case of dispute, the French courts will have exclusive jurisdiction.
Article 7 – Intellectual Property
All elements of the site https://www.pixeogroup.com remain the intellectual and exclusive property of the company VISITE À DISTANCE. No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, redistribute, or use for any purpose, even partially, any elements of the site whether software, visual, or sound. Any simple or hypertext linking is strictly prohibited without the express written consent of VISITE À DISTANCE.
Article 8 – Archiving and Proof
The company VISITE À DISTANCE will archive order forms and invoices on a reliable and durable medium that constitutes a faithful copy in accordance with the provisions of Article 1348 of the Civil Code.
The digital records of the company VISITE À DISTANCE will be considered by all concerned parties as proof of communications, orders, payments, and transactions between the parties.
